You do this not only as the manager of the campus, where our Student Residences are run by an external partner but also as the manager of one of Maastricht's iconic hotels: the Teaching Hotel Chateau Bethlehem (THCB). THCB is privately operated and the GM is responsible for the business, finances and operations. Our vibrant campus is dynamic with different real estate projects where you will be involved in the projects and the execution. This combination of management roles fills you with energy.
Be the bridge between our education, our campus, and all our partners. You are the connector who strengthens all internal and external relationships. For our Student Residence management partner, for example, you are the point of contact, handling all aspects of this collaboration. And on campus, you ensure strong synergy and a welcoming student environment for organizations like our student association Amphitryon and your colleagues of the Hotel Management School Maastricht (HMSM). Whether you're managing budgets and contracts or interacting with guests, students, colleagues, and alumni you always have an eye for both the hard side and the soft side. Within THCB and the Refresh restaurant, both operated by first year students of HMSM, you seek to connect with your employees. You coach your people and help them grow and develop every day. Whether speaking English or Dutch, you excel.
You also connect externally with our partners. You maintain contacts with relevant (regional) networks and with the highly engaged residents of our neighborhood. You take on that contact with gusto and represent our campus with pleasure. You always have an eye for our campus as a research, experimentation and meeting place for innovative, young entrepreneurship. You are interested to facilitate and help to develop the campus as a testing ground for innovations.

Depending on your qualifications and experience you are entitled to a salary at level 13, according to the HBO CAO, with an upper limit of € 6997.66 gross per month. In addition, you receive 8% holiday allowance, a fixed year-end bonus of 8.3%, and a generous number of holidays.
