In the position of Inside Sales you will be responsible for the order management process of your own group of clients. As the first point of contact of your clients, you are responsible for nurturing the relationship. You will support the account manager who is responsible for all of the acquisition, however, you enjoy having sales conversation with the clients and see if you will have an addition product for them. There is no doubt that you will take the extra mile for the client and at the same time you're processing everything in SAP.
Your tasks include:
- Keeping close contact with the customer group from the countries: Germany, Austria and the Benelux.
- Assist the accountmanager with sales tasks including cross-selling and up-selling. Make sure that the clients are aware of the current group of products, new product and special offers to increase the revenue.
- Managing the order-to-cash flow to insure that the clients receive the best service.
- Setting up price offers, quotations and staying in close contact with colleagues of other departments, suppliers and clients.
- Insure good customer service by handling questions about the products and complaints.
Functie-eisen
- (near) native proficiency of the Vietnamese/Chinese and German language
- Fluent in English and/or Dutch
- Some relevant working experience in the customer service, inside sales or another support position.
- Sales and service oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Great know-how of the Microsoft package.
- Affinity with the FMCG industry.
Wat wij bieden
