Who we are:

NPROXX is a global leader in designing, developing and manufacturing Type 4 pressure vessels for the storage of hydrogen under high pressure. Based on 40-year experience in carbon-fiber-reinforced polymer (CFRP) products and systems in various industries NPROXX provides composite tank systems and tailor-made solutions for hydrogen storage applications: Transport and storage (up to 1000 bar), Heavy duty vehicles (350 bar), Automotive (700 bar).

NPROXX has its head office in Heerlen (the Netherlands) and its manufacturing organization in Jülich (Germany), in mid-2023 we relocate to Alsdorf (Germany). NPROXX, originally a split-off from Enrichment Technology Company (ETC), is presently an independent B.V., owned for 50% by ETC and for 50% by Cummins Inc

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Marketing Communication Officer (Fulltime/Parttime), who wants to take a further step in his/her career and would like to develop further in order to communicate our story to a diverse audience through inspiring events and creative content.

You will work partly in Heerlen (NL) and Alsdorf (DE). The position reports to the Director Marketing & Sales of NPROXX BV.

What are your tasks

As the first designated person you are responsible for maintenance of website, posts on social media, preparing for the exhibition and other marketing communications. Build Brand / Increase brand awareness in target group and amongst shareholders.

More concrete:

• Marketing & Communications; maintenance website NPROXX and all other website sub-pages;
• Responsible for all social media communications as posts on LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube;
• Preparing exhibitions; registration, coordination with graphic service providers, trade fair suppliers and trade fair logistics;
• Others:

• First point of contact with Cummins Communications;
• HR support (e.g. vacancy upload website, sharing on social media, etc.).

What you need to bring with you

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field;
• +/-2 years relevant experience in marketing business or a similar role;
• Understanding of online b2b marketing;
• Strong interest in social media and content production;
• Strong communication skills verbal and in writing in English and German (B1 level) is required;
• Stress resistant, well organized and being able to adapt quickly to changes;
• Passion for technology;
• Driving license and availability of own car is a plus;
• Experience in a start-up or spin-off is a plus;
• Lives in the area or willing to relocate.
