Careers that Change Lives To support our Diabetes Business Unit we are looking for a part-time (0.8) talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a sales driven and Health Care Provider (HCP) & patient engagement cycle environment.
We offer you a position where you are in direct contact with patients, HCP’s and the Dutch Sales & Marketing team Main responsibilities are: -Proactive lead management by contacting potential new Medtronic Diabetes product users and providing them practical advice to remove the barriers to sale. -Retention activities: generating lists of nearing-end of warranty (EOW) and out of warranty (OOW) customers who are to be sent renewal/upgrade communications, and then following up by phone and mail to convert. - Reporting: Make sure that the sales and marketing team receive meaningful reporting, which helps them in their daily jobs. - Being involved in (sales related) projects. All above processes are logged into the Diabetes Customer Relationship Management, SAP CRM and Eloqua. The key performance measures are proportion of prospective new customers converted into Medtronic Diabetes product users and proportion of existing users converted onto a new pump at end of warranty. The role reports to the MiniMed Care Operations Manager with a dotted line to the Dutch Sales Manager. Lead conversion and retention results will be reported to them.
• Minimum of 2 years in a frontline customer support operation in a pre-sales or sales advisory role requiring lead cultivation and management • Proven capability in ‘selling’ skills – must be skilled at “winning trust”, “advising” and ‘selling to’ • Strong/fluent oral and written language skills in: Dutch and English • Experienced user of SAP, SAP CRM systems to retrieve, enter or modify data. • Experienced user of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Driver’s license and ability to travel, make field visits and work outside of business hours • Strong team player attitude. Support other departments during times of peak demand. • Proactive attitude, being able to think outside of the box
• Proven ability and attitude for providing clear and effective pre-sales advice and support to prospective customers in relation to a complex product or service • Challenger sales attitude & contributing to innovative lead generation initiatives within legal framework. • A demonstrable record of high performance in terms of: - compliance with defined pre-sales processes and lead handling procedures
