As a Commercial Sales Representative in our Ethnic department, serving Asian supermarkets, you will be the central point of contact for our customers. Your main goal? Ensure customer satisfaction while growing sales and margins according to established goals. You will report to the Inside Sales Manager.
You manage your own customer portfolio and act as their first point of contact. You will ensure proper processing of orders and quote requests, oversee timely order placement and assess customer creditworthiness. By actively finding out your customers' needs, you always come up with appropriate solutions. You use every opportunity to create additional sales opportunities. You do this by proactively working on upselling, cross-selling and sharing actions and promotions. Customer contact is mainly by phone.
You also play a crucial role in after-sales by professionally managing and resolving customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction. In addition, you contribute to sales success by actively gathering market information during customer calls. You then share these valuable insights with the team to further optimize sales strategies. Finally, you support the field sales team where necessary to jointly achieve the set goals.
