HBA|De Kempen is a young, dynamic and above all licensed (since 2005) trust office and corporate & management services provider. As part of HBA’s ambition to expand business, to increase our ability to render tailor made solutions to our respected (international) clients and to cope with all corporate governance requirements, we are looking for a new team member!

Key responsibilities

• You will set up and coordinate trust, corporate and management services on behalf of legal entities or other organizational set ups in accordance with Dutch law: e.g. Assist in incorporations and share transfers of client companies in close co-operation with the client, notary, law firms and tax firms.
• You will coordinate the legal management of the client companies punctually and in accordance with the legal and compliance regulations.
• Review and assess relevant legal documentation and advice from third parties.
• Update and maintain the client portfolio in good standing and comply with the rules and regulations of the Dutch Central Bank and/or related legislation.

Profile

• Full time job.
• University degree in (Dutch, European and/or international) law (civil or fiscal). Knowledge of corporate law and regulations.
• Relevant professional experience is an advantage but not required.
• Your communication skills, in Dutch and English, are excellent, both verbal and in writing.
• You have strong analytical skills and mature judgment.
• You are client focused, organized and accurate. Problem solving attitude. And above all a team player.
