In the position of Senior Customer Service Representative you’ll combine two roles. You’ll fulfill the job of Customer Service Representative for our customers. You’re also the first point of contact for the Customer Service Representatives team (1 in the Netherlands, 3 in France).
You provide excellent Customer Service towards customers in order to exceed their expectations. You also coordinate and support the Customer Service Representatives team in providing excellent Customer Service. During the day you are responsible for managing the complete sales order process accurately. You proactively progress customer requests with the relevant departments and support the local sales team.
Do you have 6 years of experience in Customer Service and Sales Order Management? Do you also have excellent knowledge of ERP system SAP and MS Office? Fantastic!

You are going to work in an international, growing organization, in which you occasionally have to travel to France. It’s an independent and self-starting position, but in an enthusiastic team. Our client offers you a fulltime job (32-40 hours per week), an extensive introduction program and good employment conditions.
