For one of our relations in the Kerkrade area, we're looking for a junior Customer Service Representative.

In this position, you support the customer service department to maintain goals and objectives of the department. You serve the need for the customers regarding order fulfillment, invoicing and shipping.

Your responsibilities include:

• Process orders coming in via fax, e-mail or telephone and for customers according to specific requirements, including bundling & consignment orders, free of charge deliveries, returns etc.;
• Monitor the complete delivery processes (e.g. Distribution Center and/or carrier);
• Arrange special deliveries on request;
• Control and send out invoices;
• File ordering documents and related records;
• Handle service complaints from customers and/or sales representatives;
• Respond to questions from sales representatives, pharmacists, nurses and/or doctors about orders, deliveries, product availability etc.;
• Handle backorders.

Vaardigheden

What we are looking for:

• Higher vocational level;
• Approx 6 months experience in customer service;
• Fluent English and Dutch speaking;
• Computer literate;
• Creative in finding solutions / solving problems;
• Can set priorities;
• Strong, proactive worker;
• Team player.
