Bulang and Sons is a lifestyle brand and international web shop with a top reputation, focusing on vintage luxury watches. Bulang and Sons is a haven for all those who share our deep appreciation for things of a certain lasting quality by design. Since we come from a background of collecting – beautiful things in general and watches in particular – we want to offer a place for kindred spirits to feel understood and inspired by our selected content and the items in our shop. Bulang and Sons was started in 2012, with its foundation deep in the personal passions of Bernhard Bulang. While leading his own design and communications agency, Bernhard was always on the hunt for designer furniture, fountain pens, shoes, jackets and other precious things. Which let to vintage watches and soon Bulang and Sons became what it is today. The innovative curatorship and photography style has become a fundament of Bulang and Sons and adapted industry wide.

About You

Our team is looking for you: a passionate person who supports us in multiple aspects of the day to day activities.

• HBO level education and/or expertise
• Experienced with daily customer support and contact
• At least 2 years of work experience in a relevant job
• Very flexible and hands-on approach
• IT skills: MS Office, experience with Magento/Wordpress is a plus
• English written and spoken skills must be very good, German is a plus
• Drivers License

Your Activities are various, amongst which:

• Administration of all watch sales related avctivities in excel, handling after sales with customers directly and ensuring proper documentaion.
• Stock management (Monitor, anlayse, propose and ensure right flow of buy in, stock and sale of merchandise)
• Product archive / inventory (Supervision of all products to our portfolio. From arranging SKUs to ensure picture, pricing, copyright related issues.
• Financial administration
• Customer support
• Project assist (Jumping on and tackling daily business needs wherever necessary).

We offer a good remuneration package, based on a 40 hour working week. The work location is Heerlen
