Position Summary

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist. You will be working in a team of 14 other Customer Service Specialists / Administrators / Team Leads and Customer Service Manager. You will also be working closely with other departments as Logistics, Technical Service, Quality and Finance.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Helpdesk for technical and general support and first point of contact for customers in EMEA.
  • Managing service calls and resolving complaints as the case owner and being proactive in recommending solutions. Execution with all related administrative duties
  • Handling and managing quotes.
  • Provide support to the Sales and Clinical teams for the French market
  • Coordinate and work with Third Party Service Providers
  • Administrative processing of service, customer and product data, as well as invoicing with a high level of accuracy.
  • Support in order processing.
  • Participates in projects.
  • Assure adherence to the environmental management system requirements e.g. ISO14001.

Required Skills

Minimum:

  • 3 years’ experience on customer service - administrative tasks, preferably in an international company.
  • Basic Technical understanding.
  • Work experience in the medical device sector is a pre.
  • Preferably good knowledge of working with SAP.
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is pre.
  • Excellent administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in writing and verbally.
  • Knowledge of French language, (near) native, is mandatory
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and stressful environment.
  • Ability to work with deadlines.
  • Patience in handling tough cases and complicated issues.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask and pay attention to the small details.
  • You have a high sense of responsibility, are pro-active and can work independently.
  • Team player

Education (minimum):

  • Education on MBO+ level / HBO.
