Your job

Sneak-peak of the program: During this program, you will join the Heerlen Innovation Center for Smart Services. Delivery is a key aspect of innovation. Getting breakthrough concepts to market quickly is critical to success. Digital technology is constantly accelerating, after all. Seizing opportunities requires agility and speed. That is why the Innovation Center for Smart Services in Heerlen is focused on digital delivery. We specialize in co-innovation, prototyping and scaling up for data science and smart services, serving clients in Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg and the Netherlands. With a dynamic, international team of young talent, fluent in English, German, French and Dutch, we have everything you need to accelerate value creation through innovation. Based on your CV and motivation, we will divide you in one of the Technology departments within the Heerlen Innovation Center. Do you already have a strong preference for a particular technology subject? Let us know in your motivation letter!

• Week one: you will receive a general introduction to Accenture and specific training from the department you were assigned to.
• Week two: you will be attending our special Consulting Analyst School, where you learn all the basics of becoming an Accenture Consultant, for example, presentation skills, communication training and design thinking workshops.
• From week three onwards: you will start within your first real Accenture project, where you will be coached along the way and receive additional training.

Your background

• Available on the Change maker Summer school Selection days at 16th, 17th, or 18th of June
• Fulltime available from the 1st of August 2021
• You’ve finished your Bachelor or Master;
• You are fluent in Dutch and English;
• Innovation & Technology affinity.
